Overview
Zaffre Imóveis is a real estate app for finding and managing properties. It was built to practice a scalable structure on a real-world problem: helping people search for a place to live and keep track of the ones they like.
What the app does
- Onboarding that introduces the app.
- Sign in, sign up and password recovery, all with field validation.
- Property search with filters.
- Publishing listings with the property's location.
- Favorites to save properties for later.
- Profile page.
- Push notifications with Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Technical decisions
- MVVM architecture following Clean Code and Clean Architecture practices, so the project can grow without the screens getting tangled with business rules.
- MobX for reactive state, generated with mobx_codegen and build_runner.
- GetIt for dependency injection.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging with overlay_support to show notifications while the app is open.
- mask_text_input_formatter and email_validator for form input and validation.
- flutter_staggered_grid_view, carousel_slider and animations for the listing layouts and transitions.
- Light and semi-dark themes.
